We are a small group having just come into the area of Rode Heath YPCC, Gawsworth and now Goldenhill kidsgrove and Smallwood giving these local communities an opportunity to learn a non competitive and very good traditional style of karate. Teaching punching, kicking, blocking, self defence, pad work, kata and bunkai.

What is bunkai i hear you say, well it`s the application of kata, which is the life blood of all karate styles, it`s the source of your latter and modern day self defence; understanding kata is the key to understanding karate.

 In addition you will gain discipline, become fitter and have much more confidence when you walk down the street, safe in the knowledge that if the need arise you could defend yourself.
